We offers fast and reliable international shipping of our Christmas trees to ensure you have the perfect centerpiece for your holiday celebrations.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your tree, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving it to initiate a return. We guarantee that they will arrive within 3-5 business days. Our team carefully packages each tree to ensure that it is protected during transit.
In the event that you receive a damaged tree, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the tree or offer a full refund.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your tree after it has arrived, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The tree must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. We will issue a refund minus shipping costs.
Please note that any returns after 14 days will not be accepted. We also cannot accept returns on any trees that have been personalized or customized.
