Warranty

Adjustable Trees warrants all Christmas trees sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If the tree is found to be defective within this time period, Adjustable Trees will provide a replacement tree of equal or greater value.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling or storage, including but not limited to exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or inappropriate use of lights or decorations. It also does not cover any damage caused by rodents, pets, or other animals.

If you believe your Christmas tree is defective, you must notify Adjustable Trees within 7 days of discovering the defect. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.

Adjustable Trees reserves the right to inspect the defective tree in person or by photo as necessary to determine the validity of the claim. If it is determined that the tree is defective and covered by this warranty, Adjustable Trees will arrange for a replacement tree to be delivered to you at no charge.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any replacements provided during the warranty period do not extend the length of the warranty or create a new warranty period.
